Refund & Return Policy

At MyBuddy, we take pride in the premium quality of our single-ingredient Australian dog treats. Because our products are perishable food items, we have established the following guidelines to ensure health, safety, and transparency for all our customers.

1. 14-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations for pet consumption, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any bag of treats that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during a major promotional sale.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., you ordered kangaroo jerky but received beef liver) or if the packaging is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@mybuddy.sg with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund right away.

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at hello@mybuddy.sg with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Singapore facility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned unopened package, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
