Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing MyBuddy! We are dedicated to delivering our premium, single-ingredient Australian dog treats straight to your doorstep across Singapore as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Areas & Rates We provide island-wide delivery across mainland Singapore.

  • Orders of $40 and above: FREE Standard Delivery.

  • Orders below $40: A flat delivery fee of $5 applies.

Please note that we currently do not ship internationally or to restricted areas (such as military bases, Jurong Island, or protected cargo complexes).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

4. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you upon arrival. If no one is home to receive the package, the courier will look for a safe location (such as a riser or shoe cabinet) to leave the parcel securely with your permission, or contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
